1. What is an XTube Amateur?
An XTube Amateur is someone who uses XTube.com to publish their own home-made adult content for the purpose of making money. An XTube Amateur can also be a professional Adult Film Star, but the content can NOT be owned, produced by, created by a professional source. All content must be made by the participants. **Note** Any account found to have advertising of any kind other than their own XTube information will be banned without notice and will not be paid for some and/or all revenue made.

3. How do I Become an XTube Amateur?
Sign up to become an Amateur here. You will need to provide 2 Pieces of Photo ID and sign the XTube Amateur Model contract. As soon as we have your ID and Contract you will be able to post your content and start earning real money!
4. Why Can't I Use My Account?
If you cannot use your account it is because your account is not active. Activation of an Amateur account requires both your ID and Contract (see above). Once we have this your account will be activated. If you have sent your ID and Contract, please let us know how you sent it, and when.

6. What is 2257?
2257 is a law. It states that anyone who produces or publishes sexually explicit material must record and store 2 Pieces of Photo ID and a consent form.

7. Why do Some Purchases of My Content Not Show up in the Stats?
First it would be best to explain how the system handles bonus money:
When users add money to their account they are given a bonus
Example: $19.95 earns a $1 bonus.
When the user spends their XTube Money, the bonus money is used first. The first $1 they spend is the bonus dollar. Once that is spent, the real XTube Money is used.
Because the bonus money is not real money we are not able to use it towards earnings, payouts or referral bonuses.
